Ultra Air Conditioning was founded in May, 2004 by John O’Keefe, with twenty five years in the HVAC ( heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry including wholesale, service and installation and with factory training from several manufacturers of heat pumps and air conditioning equipment.
Ultra Air Conditioning started as a service provider and installer primarily for heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment concentrating on residential clients. Ultra enjoyed moderate growth until July, 2008, when Kelvin Martin joined as a full partner. Kelvin also had over twenty five years in the HVAC industry in sheet metal, refrigeration and air conditioning contracting, and wholesale . At that time Ultra had grown into a company of seven employees and a full time office at 12 Coronation Drive, now concentrating heavily in HVAC for new home construction and employing over 10 people from the local area.

System Replacement Rule of Thumb
When the cost of repairs approaches 50% of the value of your heating or cooling system, it’s generally time to replace the system.
Even if needed repair costs aren’t quite as daunting as 50%, you might want to replace your system if it’s more than 12 years old or you’ve had a history of problems with it. |
