All Inquiries Answered, All Issues Figured Out
I would like to start off by acknowledging the professionalism and workmanship of Rae and Greg. They did an awesome job, both outside and inside the house—even inside the back of the closet has been capped off. Rae also did very well in mentoring Greg throughout the entire installation, passing on some of his valuable experience to one of your junior staff. With my past experience in an organization that placed a lot of emphasis on leadership, Rae should be praised on his supervision and guidance skills. Ray also went through, in detail, with Annette and me, all the operation and maintenance requirements of both the indoor and outdoor components and provided sound recommendation on setting. He easily answered all inquiries that we had. Finally, I want to also thank you again, for sorting out my two electrical issues; within 10 minutes you had it all figured out. I’m extremely grateful for that. I’ll definitely recommend Ultra Air Conditioning to family and friends, to whom I’m extremely proud to display and talk about my new unit. I look forward to using your services in the future to keep the heat pump in tip-top shape.
